Ingredients For EGG CHICKEN BIRIYANI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the chicken nicely and then mix curd , ginger paste and garlic paste with it and keep it side for one hour for marination,
  • 2. Heat the big vessel and add 2 table spoons of oil and add bay leaves and crushed cardamom, cloves and cinnamon,
  • 3. Stir it and then add water and washed rice and cooked for 15 mins,
  • 4. Then filter the extra water and keep the boiled rice in a bowl. Boil the eggs mixed with water and then remove the skin and keep these eggs,
  • 5. Then cut the onions into very small pieces and heat a pan and pour remaining oil in it and fry the onions,
  • 6. Keep half of the fried onions in a bowl and add marinated chicken in the pan and add turmeric powder. Salt,, Red chilli powder and half of the sugar and stir continuously.
  • 7. Add boiled eggs and potatoes and mix well and then add water and allow to boil,
  • 8. After some time when the chickens become soft and gravy becomes thick then remove the pan from the gas,
  • 9. Then keep the rice in lower level of a vessel and then add chicken with egg and potatoes,
  • 10. Then again add rice and then again chicken and such a way add all and close the lid of the vessel tightly,
  • 11. Allow it to boil for 25 mins and then add Kewra essence and ghee,
  • 12. Egg Chicken Biriyani is now ready to serve.
