Ingredients For Fried Red Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak rice in water. Cook it 90% in pressure cooker .
  • 2. Heat oil in a heavy bottom kadhai, add onion green chilli and ginger stir and cook until onion becomes translucent.
  • 3. Add cabbage, capsicum mix and cook it partial.Now add chopped tomatoes , salt and pepper cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Now add tomato puree and soya sauce turn the flame little high, stir and cook it well.
  • 5. Add cooked rice in it mix it gently.Add butter.
  • 6. Cover the lid. Cook the rice for 2-3 minutes. Transfer it in serving plate serve hot with salad.
