Ingredients For Gajar Matar Ki Sabji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash chopped carrot and peas seperately
  • 2. Pressure cooker carrot at one whistle
  • 3. Boil the peas properly in a boiler
  • 4. Now in a pan take oil ,add jeera,asofoiteda,after jeera crackles add chopped onion saute it for 2 minutes
  • 5. Now add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste ,saute it for 5 minutes
  • 6. To this add boiled carrot ,salt to taste,mix well cover the pan with dish let the chopped carrot cook
  • 7. After the carrots get cooked,add turmeric ,red chilli powder,red chilli flakes,kasuri methi mix all well
  • 8. Lastly add boiled peas
  • 9. Mix all well ,serve the sabji with garnish of chopped coriander with roti Paratha rice
