This is a delicious flavourful mutton curry that comes from persian origin. It is signature dish of Kashmir. In this particular recipe I used Gandharaj lemon zest and leaves, which makes this recipe more flavourful as well as unique.
1. For those who like thick gravy, add 2tbsp all-perpose flour in curd and mix it well before adding to the gravy. 2. Rogan Josh is made in a kadai over low-flame but you can cook in a pressure cooker to speed up the process.
