Ingredients For Halwasan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. keep milk for boiling till 3/4 th.
  • 2. roast edible gum in ghee and keep aside.
  • 3. In the same ghee,roast broken wheat till white
  • 4. Transfer the dalia in milk and keep boiling.
  • 5. Once it reduces to 1/2,add caramel syrup,fried edible gum and mix well..
  • 6. cook till it form a thick dough and leaves the pan.
  • 7. off the flame..add cardamon powder and mix well
  • 8. cool it for 4-5 hrs..make pedas of ur choice.
