Ingredients For Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean, wash and soaked urad dal and rice in sufficient water for 3-4 hour. After soaking blend it in a blender and make smooth paste. and keep it for fermentation for 3-4 hours.
  • 2. After ferment the batter add 1 tsp salt and mix. Pour spoonful of batter in greased idli mould and steam it in idli steamer for 15 minutes.
  • 3. After 15 minutes remove it from steamer and serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
