This is a KATHYAWADI thali from my Village which consist of bengan ka bhartha,bajre ki rotli,green chutney ,curd and fried chillies served in bronze dinner set.,where bengan ka bharta is given dhungar too which gives a smoky flavour and bajre ka rotla is given a effect of tandoor.
U can add a piece of jaggery too to this thali .
