First in a pan, add garlic,ginger , tomato, salt,black salt and sugar and mix well. When the tomato starts becoming mashy then add 2-3 cups of water and boil it. Now let it cool down and seive it after cooling .now add this seived mixture to the new pan and in a bowl make a slurry of cornflour.

Now to the soup add this slurry and mix well and cook for 10 minuttes.

Now boil the maggi and add salt and 1 tsp oil to it and add it to the soup .now serve with butter on top.enjoy.
