Ingredients For Mix veg Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and clean all the vegetables thoroughly. Finely chop the French bean. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, cut cauliflower , capsicum also.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. First add cumin seeds, then add ginger, chopped green chilies and onions and fry for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
  • 3. Now add chopped vegetables to it and cook on low medium flame till the vegetables are cooked.
  • 4. When the vegetables are cooked, then add tomatoes to it. Add tomato and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 5. Now add all the dry spices to it and mix it well. Add one to two teaspoons of water if needed. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 6. Switch off the gas and take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve.
