Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and asafoetida in it. Then mash the potatoes and add. Then add all the spices and salt, and mix well. And turn off the gas. Potato masala is ready.

Take a bread, apply tomato sauce on it. Then add chaat masala and sev (namkeen) over the potato masala. Apply tomato sauce on the second bread. Then place it on top of the potato masala.

Heat the pan. Apply butter on the bread, and cook it well from both the sides.
