In a large bowl,add semolina, refined flour,rice flour and mix well. Add water little by little, mixing continuously. Add sufficient water to make a smooth and thin batter.

Add ginger,cumin seeds, crushed black peppercorns, green chilies,salt and mix well. Set aside for 20 minutes

Add 1/2 cup water into the batter to adjust the consistency.

Heat a non-stick tawa, drizzle a little ghee on it and mix the batter and start pouring the batter on the hot tawa one ladle at a time till a dosa formed. Drizzle a little ghee on top and cook for a minute.

Add a portion of ready-made potato sabji and sprinkle greated beetroot and greated carrot. Sprinkle gun powder and sprinkle chopped coriander. Slightly mix and spread on to the Dosa.

Sprinkle garam masala and cook for a min. Fold the Dosa and cut in half. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
