Ingredients For Stuffed Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, crushed paneer and all the ingredients except butter and ghee. Mix it well.stuffing is ready.
  • 2. Take small portion of dough make a ball and flatten it. Fill 1-2 tbsp stuffing in it. Close the ball from all sides.
  • 3. Dust dry flour on plateform,with the help of rolling pin,roll ball to make circle shaped paratha.
  • 4. Heat tawa, grease with ghee, place the paratha over it, cook it till it becomes crispy. Apply ghee both the sides
  • 5. Make all the parathas by this method.
  • 6. Cut it into pieces and Serve with Amul Butter. Butterilla Paratha is ready to eat.
