Ingredients For Suji ka healthy pancake (handvo) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl. Add 1 cup of semolina and 1/2 cup of curd. Mix it well. Add little water to make it little thin. Cover it and leave it for 3o minutes.
  • 2. After 30 minutes mix it once. Add salt to taste. Mix it once. Add little water to reduce the thickness. Add all the vegetables.
  • 3. Add chili flecks. Add all masala. Add little water,if needed . Add baking soda. Mix it well.
  • 4. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan. Add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds and few fresh curry leaves. Pour half of the mixture. Spread it.
  • 5. Cover the pan and cook it for 10 -12 minutes. After 10 minutes take it out. Apply little oil again. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Put the opposite side of pancakes again in the pan.
  • 6. Cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Once it cooked from both the sides , take it out. Repeat the process to make second pancake.
  • 7. Cut into pieces. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
  • 8. Healthy vegetables pancakes are ready to serve.
