Ingredients For Turai bhaji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Remove the peel of turai . Wash it and chop it into small pieces.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a wok . Add cumin seeds. Now add grated ginger , chilli and onion.
  • 3. Add all the spices and chopped turai .
  • 4. Cover the kadhai with lid . Slow cook until it becomes tender .
  • 5. Add coriander leaves . Turn off the heat. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
