Methods
  • 1. Take a pressure cooker and put on a medium flame.
  • 2. Add oil and cumin seeds in it. Cook for 1 minute.
  • 3. Now add chopped onions, and saute it for few minutes till they turn brown in color.
  • 4. Now add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, garam masala and kitchen king in it. Cook for few minutes.
  • 5. Now add green peas, carrot in it. Cook for few minutes.
  • 6. Add quinoa and water and cover the lid. Cook till 2 whistle then switch off the flame.
  • 7. Transfer it in serving bowl. Yellow quinoa rice is ready to serve.
