Ingredients For Aalo Matar Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In pressure cooker, add green peas, potatos, water and salt. Allow 3 to 4 whistles. Wait till release pressure.
  • 2. In wok heat oil. Add mustard seeds and let it crack. Add cumin and let it crack. Add asafoetida.
  • 3. Saute chopped tomatoes. Now add boild green peas and potatoes.
  • 4. Add all spice. Add required water to adjust consistency if needed.
  • 5. Cook it 4 to 5 minutes on low to medium flame.
  • 6. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Our sabji is ready. Enjoy with rice, paratha, puri or roti.
