In a bowl, add boiled and mashed potatoes and a pinch of salt. Mix well and make round shape tikki with the help of your hands.

Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes tikki. Fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from both the sides.

Remove from oil and arrange it in a plate. Add salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, curd, Turmarind chutney, chopped ginger- green chilly,nylon sev Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve immediately.
