Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When mustard seeds and cumin seeds start to crackle, then add chopped potatoes to it.

When the potatoes are cooked, increase the flame to medium high and add all the spices. Mix the spices well with the potatoes and stir it continuously.

Cook it on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring continuously. Cover it and cook on low flame till the potatoes are cooked.

Switch off the gas and add lemon juice to it, your crispy aloo bhurji is ready. Mix Coriander leaves.
