Aalu methi paratha recipe

Yesterday there wewt guest at my house,so I prepared batata Vada for snacks in the evening.then 1 bowl of aalu masala left with me.. then instead of throwing it I decided to re use it in healthy way... for Leftover ka makeover I add some extra spices to leftover aalu masala.. I made aalu methi paratha.. it's unique combo of methi Thepla +aalu Paratha. Methi Thepla from Gujarat and Aalu Paratha from Punjab. it became wonderful ,tasty and healthy dish.

Ingredients For Aalu methi paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. For making methi thepla dough. Take a mixing bowl and add aata, finely chopped fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves.
  • 2. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds, oil around 2 spoon and mix well.
  • 3. Now knead a medium soft dough using water and cover it for 5-8 minutes.
  • 4. Now for making stuffing of aalu Paratha,take leftover aalu masala in a bowl, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves,chat masala, garam masala,red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder,salt(if required). now mix well and keep aside.
  • 5. Now take a methi paratha dough and apply oil on palm and knead well.then divide into equal parts.
  • 6. Now make balls from renovated aalu paratha stuffing.
  • 7. Now roll thepla dough and put aalu masala ball and cover it.
  • 8. Then roll it like paratha and heat tawa on flame. Now apply oil on tawa and roast both side till golden in colour.
  • 9. Now our leftover ka makeover dish methi aalu paratha is ready to serve with curd,chilli pickle,red chilli garlic chutney,
