Ingredients For Aam Panna Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cook raw mangoes in pressure cooker till 3-4 whilst on medium flame.
  • 2. Allow it to cool. Take out its pulp.
  • 3. In a blender/ grinder take mango pulp, jaggery, cumin powder, salt, black salt and make fine pure.
  • 4. Concentrated aam panna is ready. Take out in a bowl or vessel.
  • 5. Now take a glass of water in that add 3-4 tbsp concentrated aam panna and mix it.
  • 6. Tasty, delicious Aam Panna is ready to serve.
