Ingredients For Aamras Stuffed Mango Mathri Tart Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First in a bowl, add besan, flour, butter and ghee, baking powder and mango pulp. Make a tight dough of it . Take aluminum mold brush with butter.
  • 2. Now make the mold shape with the dough, Bake it for pre heat oven for 10 minutes at 170°c . When it cool down demold it.
  • 3. In a blader, add mango pulp, sugar, coconut. Make a fine paste. Now add cashew, milk ,and icecube. Its make it very thick paste .Take it out in a bowl chilled for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Asambling ♦️Take a mathi tart Pour 2 tbsp aamras .Then top with fresh mango pulp and small slice of coconut .Enjoy little bite of summer freshness.
