Ingredients For Aate ke bhature Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients with 1 spoon of oil.
  • 2. Knead a soft dough. Cover it with a wet towel and rest it for 3 hours.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape.
  • 4. Drop these bhaturas into hot oil.
  • 5. Cook from both the sides till bhatura gets evenly brown colour from both the sides on medium flame.
  • 6. Drain excess oil.
  • 7. Serve hot with chhole and tamarind chutney.
