Finely chop the veggies. Add besan rice flour and all masala and ginger garlic paste and salt with Kasuri methi and spring onions.

Mix well and just sprinkle water and let it all come together then oil hands.

Now take part of the dough make a ball and stuffed one chopped date and close it and make it flat and place on plate, follow the same for the rest of the batter/dough.

Now preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 5 minutes then place these balls in it for 10 mins at same temperature.

Note: rem to grease the air fryer and also grease the kabab after placing it inside. Else it will be difficult to put it on plate and also become dry. If you don’t have air fryer use the oven to do the same.
