Ingredients For Ajwain Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take flour in a bowl, add salt , a bit of water and 1 tsp ghee and start mixing.
  • 2. Add some water to the dough in parts, to knead the dough. Keep it aside for rest .
  • 3. Now make medium balls of the dough. Sprinkle some flour to the dough ball. With a rolling pin, roll It . Then sprinkle ajwain and salt on the top.
  • 4. Fold and make a roti. Then place the roti on the hot tawa.
  • 5. Cook it from both the sides.
  • 6. Remove and apply ghee on the roti.
