Ingredients For Aloo Gobhi Tehri

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a vessel, add cumin, black pepper, bay leaves and onion and fry it then add ginger garlic paste.
  • 2. Then add chopped cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes
  • 3. Still covered with soaked rice, salt and double water and cook
  • 4. When cooked, take it out in a plate and serve fried onions hot
