Ingredients For Aloo palak sabji restaurant style recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan boil water add palak leaves to it for 5 minutes boil it ,remove palak from hot water and add it into ice cold water immediately
  • 2. Then wash methi leaves rinse it with salt in strainer and after 10 minutes churn it in mixy into fine paste
  • 3. In a pan add oil, heat it add jeera seeds pop it
  • 4. Then add garlic paste and green chillies paste saute it for 2 minutes
  • 5. To this add chopped onions saute it till pinkish
  • 6. Meanwhile churn the palak leaves with hand mixy without water to a fine paste
  • 7. Boil potatoes at three whistles in a cooker and later on remove it's skin and cut it into cubes sqaure
  • 8. Now after the onions are saute ,add garam masala ,turmeric powder red chilli powder and dhaniya powder to it saute it till 10 minutes
  • 9. Now add palak paste and methi leaves paste to this sabji and salt to taste
  • 10. Now mix this sabji for 10 minutes
  • 11. Lastly add boiled potatoes cubes to this sabji mix well
  • 12. Serve this sabji with garnish of cream ,with paratha rice
