Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour or Atta add a pinch salt and knead a soft dough.
  • 2. In another bowl add grated boiled patato, all masala and mix well to prepare the stuffing.
  • 3. Now take a ball of dough roll it to a small puri fill with potato mix close from sides and roll it again carefully.
  • 4. Now fry in a pan or tawa in low medium flame with ghee enjoy with dahi.
