For Aloo Nazakat :*Peel the potatoes and cut them into half horizontally using a spoon scoop out the insides of the potatoes. leaving a one-fourth inch thick shell all around. Chop the scooped-out portion and set aside.*Heat water in a big pot add turmeric powder boil the potato for 5-6 minutes.Drain and let it dry for a few minutes.*Spray cooking oil into a pan .Wrap Them With Sesame Seeds.Roast the potato shells till golden brown on all sides. Set aside.*Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.Stuff this mixture inside the boiled potatoes.*Stuff the potato shells generously with the cottage cheese mixture.*Place The Potatoes On The Greased Tray Preheat The Oven At 200 Degree Celsius And Bake For 7 Minutes*Take Them Out Cut Into Pieces

For French fries: Firstly, peel the skin of potato, cut into 1 cm thick sticks.rinse in ice cold water until the starch runs out clean, pat dry in kitchen towel to remove excess moisture, now deep fry in hot oil and fry until it turns golden brown and crisp, drain off to remove excess oil, now sprinkle chilli powder ,chat masala and salt, mix well. Finally, enjoy serve with aloo chips and jamun chutney
