Ingredients For Anjeer gond chocolates recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly chop figs finely then churn it in mixy to a fine paste
  • 2. Then chop the dates finely
  • 3. Now in a pan on low flame stir the paste of figs with dates for 5 minutes
  • 4. Then add fried gond and soonth powder to it, with peanut butter
  • 5. Then add mixed chopped dry fruits and dessicatted coconut mix all well in pan low flame for 5 minutes
  • 6. Now switch off the flame
  • 7. Let this mixture come to room temperature
  • 8. Now put this chocolate mixture in freeze for half an hour
  • 9. Then with hands give them chocolate shape and wrap it
  • 10. Store it in jar in freeze.
