Methods

How to make Atta panjiri Recipe

1. In a big kadai add ghee and atta
2. Roast till its little brown and raw smell go off. occasionally stir
3. In a pan dry roast all the nuts and makhane
4. In a same pan add ghee and cook for 2 min gum till itsincrease in side
5. Same ghee cook raisin for 30 sec.keep aside
6. Roast melon seed,khas khas for 30 sec
7. Take all the nuts and ingredients mix in a big bowl and crush makhane and gum with hand or grind big big in a jar
8. Add cooked atta mixture and jaggery powder
9. Mix it well and make balls/ladoos
