In another bowl , add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, rice flour, naagin sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce an make the batter medium consistency

Then dip one by one babycorn an deep fry it & keep aside.

Then in another kadai add oil, fry groundnuts til the colour change, then add chopped garlic, green chillies an mix well .

Then in another small bowl add cornflour, chilli sauce, salt, pepper, naagin sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce an make a slurry then add it to the cooked garlic fry nicely till the sauce become medium consistency.

Then add the fried babycorn pieces an mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, cabbage, an mayonnaise sauce.
