Ingredients For BADAAM PISTA GHAARI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, take 1 tbsp ghee and roast bengal gram flour till pinkish ,take it aside in another bowl,
  • 2. After that in same pan take 2 tbsp ghee and roast khoya till golden and till khoya forms a lump ,then add saffron strings to it mix all well saute it properly
  • 3. Then in a bowl mix almond powder,pista powder,powdered sugar,khoya, Bengal gram flour, cardamom powder all well and stuffing of GHAARI is ready
  • 4. Then make a dough with refined flour and milk, make a semi soft dough add 1 tbsp ghee to it
  • 5. Now make small roti out of this dough,fill this roti with above made stuffing and make potlis out of it seal the potli properly from top by pressing it down
  • 6. Now deep fry this GHAARI in medium hot ghee till golden,
  • 7. Now let this GHAARI come to room temperature then coat it with unmelted ghee, to this unmelted ghee you can add icing sugar if you eat more sweet or else you can avoid icing sugar to this unmelted ghee
  • 8. Now garnish this GHAARI with pista ,almond and rose petals
  • 9. Serve it
