Ingredients For Baigan ki sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the baigan. Cut it into pieces.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok, Add cumin . When it starts cracking add onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste . Saute it .
  • 3. Add tomato and all the spices. Cook it on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp water .
  • 4. Add chopped baigan . Mix it with masala . Cook it on low medium heat until it becomes soft and release oil . Sprinkle water as needed. Add Garam masala .
  • 5. Serve it with puri , chapati or paratha .
