Methods
  • 1. Take baingan slices in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and 1 tsp of mustard oil. Mix well.
  • 2. Heat remaining oil in a pan on high flame till it smokes. Add brinjal slices and lower the flame.
  • 3. Cook on low flame till its cooked and golden brown crust is formed.
