Ingredients For Bajra Flour Dhokli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To make dhokli, we will first sieve the bajri flour. Then add chopped onion, garlic paste, green chili, and green coriander to it. And then add salt, red chili and mix it. And add whole coriander coarsely.
  • 2. Then add oil to it and mix it well. When a fist starts to form, add water to it and knead the dough. Then apply oil in the palm and make small tiki.
  • 3. Then put some oil in a pan and keep the dhokli in it separately. And then cover the lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the dhoklios over and cook the other side as well. Your millet flour dhokli is ready.
