Ingredients For Bajre ke chamchamiya / Bajra pancakes recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly take one big bowl, add the bajra flour, coriander, garlic, methi , ginger and mix it well
  • 2. Then add the sesame seeds, carom seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and salt mix it well
  • 3. Next add the curd and water as required and mix it and bring the batter to dosa consistency
  • 4. Further heat up the pan , pour some oil and sprinkle some white sesame seeds in oil. Pour 2 spoon batter to make small pancake and sprinkle some more white sesame seeds on top of pancakes
  • 5. Cook it on medium flame for 5-7 mins then flip once it turn golden brown and cook for another 5-7
