Ingredients For Baked Caramel Coffee And Custard Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind arrowroot biscuits in a mixer jar.
  • 2. Add coffee, cocoa and sugar powder.
  • 3. Add butter and mix well, transfer in greased small bowl.
  • 4. Cook sugar in a pan on low heat till it start caramelized, add 1 tbsp water and make caramel sauce.
  • 5. Pour this caramel sauce on biscuit crumb in bowl.
  • 6. Bake this in oven for 8 minutes on 180°C.
  • 7. For custard, boil milk and add sugar, mix well.
  • 8. Make a paste from custard powder and water, add this in boiling milk.
  • 9. Mix well and cook till custard started thickening.
  • 10. Pour this prepared custard cream on baked coffe caramel crust and bake again for 7-8 minutes on 180°C.
  • 11. Remove pudding from bowl, put in serving bowl and make 2 layers of pudding, serve.
