Atap rice is soaked in water the night before, the next day drain the water and grind it. (You can use ready bought rice flour for chile). Now mix all the ingredients well with rice powder and make a batter.

After 20 minutes, cover 1 banana leaf slice with a little batter in a pan (on low heat).

Press it with another banana leaf. Turn carefully. Once done, serve hot.
