Methods
  • 1. Remove the banana skin . Put the banana in freezer for 3-4 minutes.
  • 2. In a mixture jar add soaked almonds and dates. Blend it for minute.
  • 3. Add milk and cinnamon powder. Blend it.
  • 4. Take out the banana and cut it into pieces. Put it in mixer jar add 2-3 ice cubes . Blend it.
  • 5. Transfer it in a serving glasses. Garnish it with pistachios and almonds. Serve immediately.
