In a pan, add khoya and stir it for 3-4 minutes.

Now add beetroot puree and sugar and mix properly, keep stirring till it starts thickening.

Add peanut powder and keep stirring till it becomes thick and start leaving the sides of pan. Add cardamom powder and mix.

Take a plate, Grease it, transfer the mixture to the greased plate, spread sesame seeds over it, keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes, cut into desired shape and serve.
