Methods
  • 1. Peel and mash the potatoes, add salt, spring onion, methi, coriander and green chillies and grind the rice and mix.
  • 2. Then add the bread powder, now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions and fry them then add ajwain,kalongi and gram flour.
  • 3. Then add grated beetroot, salt, turmeric, garam masala, and schezwan sauce to fry
  • 4. Now take the rice and potato spices in hand and put a mixture of beetroot and put them on the cornflour
  • 5. Now heat oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry and serve with the sauce
