Wash and chopped tomatoes, beetroot, ginger and carrot in small pieces. In a pressure cooker Add all chopped vegetables along with 1 glass of water.

Close the lid and cook it for 2-3 whistle. After 4-5 whistle remove from heat and Wait for the pressure to come down on its own

Blend the Cooked veggies Until puree. Strain it through a sieve.

Heat a pan And Add vegetables puree. Add salt and black pepper powder. Let it boil until its thick in consistency. Off the flame and serve hot adding with fresh cream.
