Ingredients For Bhaji vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a big bowl add finely chopped spinch, methi leaves, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies.
  • 2. Then add besan, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt.
  • 3. Mix all togather, here we don't use water, what ever leave have that will be enough.
  • 4. Mix all ingredients well togather and make a tight batter.
  • 5. Now take a pan heat enough oil for deep fry.
  • 6. Apply some oil in your plam, take about 4 tbs thick batter make a round shape, and place into a hot oil.
  • 7. Deep Fry them till they cooked 50% then take out from oil, drain well.
  • 8. After little cool press them with help of hand or back side of bowl,
  • 9. Make them flat and again re- fry them in hot oil, on hight flame, till they become golden brown in colour and crispy
  • 10. Drain them on tissue paper, serve hot with tea or coffee
