HERBAL MOMO RECIPE

HERBAL MUMOOS a healthy snack. Herbal like Country borage (Karpuravalli or Mexican mint), mint, curry leaves ,coriander leaves are added. This snack is less oil , tasty and yummy . so, all age group of people can eat. Fully made up of natural ingredients.

Ingredients For HERBAL MOMO RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Prepare dough for chapati. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  • 2. By another side take pan and heat it well and pour some oil in to it.
  • 3. Add mustard, ginger and garlic paste saute it.
  • 4. Add one by one herbal leaves.
  • 5. What I have listed above. And add all chopped vegetables one by one saute it well. Add turmeric powder.
  • 6. Roasted cumin seeds powder black pepper crushed. When you got off raw smell .
  • 7. Let cool the stuff into room temperature.
  • 8. Now take steaming vessels and poured some amount of water let it boil.
  • 9. Now round the chapati dough in to small balls. If you have momo maker use that to fill the stuffs in to it. And place for steaming for 8-12 minutes.
