Ingredients For Bharli Vangi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the groundnuts, coriander seeds, dried red chilli, whole spices and dried coconut.
  • 2. grind it along with onion, green chilli, jagerry, salt adding some water into paste, slit the brinjals and stuff it with the grounded masala.
  • 3. Keep the remaining masala aside heat oil in the pan. add mustard seeds
  • 4. Hing and curry leaves. as they splitter, add the stuffed brinjals and fry for 3-5 minutes season with red chilli powder, turmeric and some salt.
  • 5. Add 1.5cup water in the remaining masala paste. mix well and add this to the brinjals. mix well. now cover and cook the curry till brinjals are soft.
  • 6. Add garam masala and coriander leaves. serve hot.
