Methods
  • 1. Keep a pan in the gas. Add oil to the pan and let the oil heat up.
  • 2. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder to the oil and immediately add puffed rice. Then boil 2-3 minutes in less gas.
  • 3. After bhuj, take out the puffed rice in a plate. Add green coriander, onion, green onion, chat masala, salt, peanuts, tamarind chutney, curd, poha and mix them all well. Serve in a plate after mixing. Thank you
