Ingredients For Bhindi Dopyaja Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the lady finger then dry with kitchen napkin . Cut it into long pieces.
  • 2. Finely chop 2 onions, ginger, garlic and green chilli. Roughly chop 1 onion and tomatoes.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Add Pachforan and dry red chilli. Add chopped onion , ginger , garlic and chilli . Saute it for few minutes. Add roughly chopped onion. Cook it on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Add chopped lady finger. And all the masala. Cook it on low medium heat.
  • 5. When it becomes half cooked add tomatoes. Mix it well. Cover it. Cook completely.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapati/ Paratha.
