Ingredients For Bhurji Island Toast Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan. Heat 2 tbsp oil in it. Break two eggs in it. Add salt and pepper on top of those eggs. Now with the help of a spatula scramble the egg.
  • 2. Scramble until it's cooked and dry. Once it's done turn off the gas. After that Add chopped onions and green chillies to it. Mix well and keep aside to cool.
  • 3. Take 2 slices of bread. Apply generous quantity of thousand island sandwich spread on both the sides. Keep the bhurji filling in between. Close the sandwich.
  • 4. Heat a pan. Grease it with little amount of butter and place the sandwich on it. Let it get crisp on medium flame. Repeat it in the other side until the bread is toasted from both the sides.
  • 5. Serve hot.
