Caramel syrup- Take 100 grams of sugar and 1/4 cup of water and boil it until it turns brownish. Pour the syrup into a bowl and spread it evenly. Biscuit mixture-Take 10 biscuit pieces and add 4 cardamom and 50 grams of sugar and grind it. Pour the mixture in bowl and add two eggs plus 1 spoon ghee and 1 cup of milk and mix it. Pour the biscuit mixture to the caramel syrup and cook it for 30 mins.
Keep it in high flame while cooking.
