Ingredients For Black Chickpeas Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Rinse the chick peas with water. Take a pressure cooker add chick peas, salt , turmeric powder and 2 bowls water. Boil it for 7-8 whistles or until it becomes soft.
  • 2. Collect the boiled water of kala Chana in a pan.
  • 3. In a blender Add 2 tbsp boiled chickpeas, lemon juice and black pepper powder. Add 1 tbsp chick peas water. Blend it to make fine paste.
  • 4. Add this mixture to the pan. Give it one boil.
  • 5. Transfer it serving glasses. Serve hot.
